Quality Management Solutions (QMS) is one of the largest and most experienced specialist public sector investigation and review consultancy organizations in the ACT.

Established in 1996, QMS pioneered the external provision of administrative and personnel review services to Government agencies. Since then it has carried out more than 500 reviews on behalf of Commonwealth, State and Territory Departments and Agencies.

We have developed our own review methodology, which is tailored to meet the public sector administrative and industrial law framework, as well as providing a timely and effective service to our clients. That methodology has attracted favourable reaction and response not only from clients, but also from unions and external review agencies. All reports are subject to an internal Quality Assurance Review.
